A: With the Search tool, try changing your desierd Candidate’s keywords or combinations thereof, or choosing a nearby location. When you specify a search criteria, the Resume Search results reveals how many Candidates there are in that category. You have the option to include or exclude candidates that are either employed or seking entry level jobs.
Q: Why do Some Resumes Have “HOT” Next to them on TechAnimals?
A: Although our candidate network already features some of the most qualified, available & engaged candidates in the Industry, there are some individuals that are highlighted as they have opted to use this feature when creating this profile. As such, they are displayed at the top of the resume list with the “hot” button and highlighted in yellow.
Q: Why do I have to Pay for a Resume on TechAnimals?
A: In reality you only pay for the contact information on a Candidate’s Resume. Our Pay-Per-Prospect service allows you to view anonymous resumes and contact the ones you are interested in. If the candidate is not interested you do not pay in order to maximize your ROI in Candidate Search. This is a unique feature in the industry!
